Welcome to Lighthouse Portable Buildings payment portal for your Rent To Own Portable Building. Here you can make payments and check your account information.
Please be aware that should you owe any late fees, or prior months payments, the payment you are making will be applied to the late fees first and the payment last. Should you not include the late fee, the amount will be added to your account and be included with your next months payment due.
If you pay more than your regular payment, the excess will go into a deposit account on your account that can be used towards an early payoff of your building.

Rent to Own Advantages
The main advantage to a Rent To Own building is that you have your storage facility on your own property, close to home and convenient for your use. Instead of driving into town to a rental unit that is not convenient and will never be yours.
You will own your building after you make the required monthly payments. This will save you time and money. Driving time due to it being in your own yard, and money because you will not be paying indefinitely for a unit that will never be yours (plus gas money to drive to your storage unit in town).
Should your situation change and you no longer need the building or cannot afford to keep it, simply return it with no further obligation.
